Eligibility for Returns
Only unopened, unused, and original packaging products are eligible for returns. Freshy Fine does not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and compliance reasons.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@shopfreshyfine.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
